Some weeks ago i’ve tested a design for the Matrix Ctrlr enclosure :
It’s a laser cut aluminum 1mm sheet that you fold on sides to give it a rectangle looking. The edges are weaker (drilled) to be fold.
It needs to be optimized but you get the point.
